I Love the new purchasing process! It was a lot faster than it looks!
EDIT: It was 40 minutes before anyone showed up, and they were paged a total of 4 times. Don't waste your time; it's faster if you go to Lowe's in Salinas. We've been trying to get someone in Plumbing to assist with some PVC pipes. The store employees have called for someone twice. we've been here 10 minutes now, and still nothing.
I just came from the seaside store, my hd card works when it wants and today it didn't. I told the 2 women at the self checkout and they asked for my ss number which I entered, they couldn't find it, I do this all the time and the good clerks have no problem finding my account. these 2 ladies should be sent to customer training classes, to learn about customer service. I shop at home depot a lot, but I am now thinking of trying lowes out!!!
