No people on the floor to help out. Sought a worker, and said "I'll be right back." And never came back. So I said fuck it. And left without buying anything. Gonna go back to my Home Depot where they have one floor worker in like every third aisle and ask if you need anything.

Brought a washer and dryer refrigerator at a great discount the Appliance Associates was very helpful she knew what she was saleing us thx you home depot for the great service gbu..

They dont even deserve a star...ordered a vanity that i heard 8 different stories on why I didn't t get it now we place another order and same story..Never will I shop at this shithole again

Just read an article about a veteran who was denied the military discount, although he had the proper ID. EXACTLY what is your policies for this discount? And from what I read, the manager was not apologetic at all and sounds like he was just flat out rude and acting like this guy was looking for a hand out. WHERE are this companies values when they set up "criteria" to MEET the military discount? So sad, such a greedy America we have become...seriously how much does it affect the CEO and higher ups "bonuses". Can you people... read more

Worst customer service ever and the manager was useless. I purchased a couple items a month ago and ended up not needing them. I went to return them and they refused to give me cash as they wanted to put it back on my credit card but that credit card was stolen and had been replaced. So all they would give me was store credit. I almost never shop here as its not near my house. Once the stupid store credit is gone they will never get another penny from me.
