we order a stove top and oven on blAck Friday at the store on 15th it took weeks to get the oven installed since the clerk forgot to put in we needed installation we still have not gotten the stove top in since they keep delivering the wrong one my husband is on the way back to the store to argue with them again I will Never shop at any home depot again Lowest is now my store of choice home depot has lousy service all around I do not see how they stay in business if you shop there all I can say is buyer beware

Had a bad experience at 2 other home depots the same day and the day before. Went straight to the grill isle and couldnt find the one i was looking for. There was an employee stocking the shelves so i asked for help and he found the grill within seconds. He even went and got a cart for it. IGNACIO was very helpful and put an end to the bad experiences. Thank you!
I was able to find what I needed, but the staff is seriously lacking. Plan to spend more time than you should there.
It took several days for the delivery people to call to schedule, then they said they would not take away my old washer, a service for which I paid. The store made no effort to fix the problem. The solution was to reverse my purchase, which took forever, given one of two people in customer service couldn't be bothered to actually work.
