Scott at Harrison Home Depot needs to find a new career - he certainly isn't close to being manager material although ironically he is. Once again today, not even close to being an acceptable experience - thanks to Scott being far from customer service friendly and actually I would categorize him as rude. I absolutely HATE the Home Depot in Harrison OH and I love love love Home Depot!
We were so excited to have Home Depot come so close to home until now. We purchased a Hibiscus tree last year. We were told it would not have to be put inside for the winter. Since we have severall other hibiscus type plants and bushes, we had no reason to question it. They would take it back but need the receipt. $30 is a huge thing to us, but not a big deal to them.
