I ordered 2 major appliances. They were supposed to be delivered on Friday 11/13/20. I received an email confirmation they would be here between 7-11am. At approx 11:30am that day I called to see why no one showed up with my delivery only to find out it had been changed to Monday 11/16/20. I was assured I would receive a call 30 mins prior to delivery. I received no phone call or email confirmation. While shopping with my mom for a screen door for her sliding glass patio door we met a wonderful sales associate by the name of Morgan. She was a huge help and even helped carry the door to the checkout and load it in my truck. It is because of her we will be back!
Horrible customer service... Do NOT buy appliances here... Management has poor communication skills no follow thru.
Well.... We have had a broke dishwasher since January. Was not installed properly numerous visits from an appliance shop with our "extended" warranty. Manager said someone would be out to properly install and that was a month ago. Appliance guy has been here 5 or 6 times and they keep sending the wrong soap dispenser. We have Been a Home Depot customer for years and we are now done....
Love Home Depot go there at least once a week friendly helpful people especially Mike Schneider 😍
They told me over the phone they had what I needed after I drove an hour to get there they didn't have it they suck
