They have it all Our Home Depot is a huge store that has everything you could possibly need for any home repair or home improvement. They have a great garden center with everything you need for your beautiful garden. There always seems to be a salesperson around when you have a question or can't find what you are looking for. PROS: Everything you need for home repairs or improvements CONS: none
Very nice Harrisons Home Depot is a very clean store. They are great at catering to the customers wants. They host childrens workshops and we showed up late once so they gave my son the kit to take home. I just thought it was nice that they didn't just turn him away.
Kitchen remodel nightmare Started Kitchen remodel in Aug and Thanksgiving is here and still not done. Is is kraftmaid or Home depot? Sick of a unfinished kitchen. Wrong cabinet fronts, scratched doors still up with no nobs and no one coming to see them from Kraftmaid.
Homemaker Purchased several bathroom renovations items on March 3. Want you to know that the young man who helped us 'load' it on the cart, check us out, etc., was super friendly and helpful. Sometimes senior citizens are ignored by the young but this young man was excellent help. He helped take the cart to the car and load it with the help of my husband. He's a keeper. He deserves a raise. Everyone was happy and helpful in that store. Give them an "A"!
I ordered 2 major appliances. They were supposed to be delivered on Friday 11/13/20. I received an email confirmation they would be here between 7-11am. At approx 11:30am that day I called to see why no one showed up with my delivery only to find out it had been changed to Monday 11/16/20. I was assured I would receive a call 30 mins prior to delivery. I received no phone call or email confirmation. While shopping with my mom for a screen door for her sliding glass patio door we met a wonderful sales associate by the name of Morgan. She was a huge help and even helped carry the door to the checkout and load it in my truck. It is because of her we will be back!
Horrible customer service... Do NOT buy appliances here... Management has poor communication skills no follow thru.
