I love this home depot! Always someone there who greets you and asks if you need help. I am obsessed with there garden selection especially the roses. Their roses are the BEST! Mine come up every year twice as big and at such an affordable price. You just can't beat them.
Went into Home Depot for a color match on our paint, gave them the color code and they gave us the wrong color, didn't realize this until our entire wall was painted. Thank Home Depot! Now our walls don't match and we have to go in and buy more paint and hope it matches this time.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life! Home Depot lost themselves a great customer tonight!! That moment when you buy two very large / heavy items ($450) and a sales associate can't be found, finally you find one and he can't even help get it off the shelf. Followed by the three checkers sitting there and BSing, then act like you are bothering them when your trying to pay! The worst customer service almost worse than Comcast if that says anything can't get a district manager to call me back regarding my window order and the mistake the sales rep made never going to purchase anything from them again.
Seriously Home Depot? We order carpet 3 weeks ago, your contractor takes until today to talk to us and it will be over another month until they install it? Your in store rep told us they would contact us within 2 weeks to schedule, meanwhile I have a garage full of furniture and a kid with no room until the carpet gets in. Not the first time we have been screwed with on scheduling through you guys, last time we order through you though.
