we waited over an hour for someone to help us with the door area and we got 2 rude people saying they're going to find someone but they didn't do nothing so we can have up we need to order something before it's too late ....waste of my time !!!
I've never been so insulted in my life. My husband and I went to purchase more pavers, and three employees refused to help us, saying that in order to get 60 pavers we would have to buy the entire pallet ($401.00 worth) and that we would get a refund after we returned the rest..... which is weird because we were there this morning and did not have to do that. we proceeded to just load 60 on our cart and they accused us of stealing! colorado home depot stores are going downhill fast as possible. Employees are rude and not at all helpful in locating items listed as "8 in stock"
I never do this and I am today I bought a new washer in 10/12, delivered 10/16 My washer excitement has quickly died along with my love for Home Depot. I caution all that I know to avoid the Larkridge location. Their follow up and non existent help with this is so disappointing. I have had to call 15 times, held for long periods, waited for 3 days resolution after calling within an hour of install and first being told to wait a week.
