ANOTHER shitty shopping trip to Home Depot on Secor. This store has the worst customer service and it continually goes downhill. 2 of the employees even apologized to me while waiting for a dumbass manager who couldn't answer any of my questions and concerns, there and walked away from me without any explanation but just stood there like an idiot. Not qualified to be in any form of management. #homedepotsucks. This is not my first complaint on this store. It will only get better if it closes.
Buyer beware!! Bought close to three thousand dollars worth of Carpeting for two rooms and the carpet texture looks terrible and the Installers did a horrible job installing the carpet. The Seam is visible directly in the middle of the room. They want me to get down on my hands and knees to smooth the seam out. Told me over time it might get better. They still haven't made the carpet for my steps and I purchased the carpet in November 2016. They scratched my Woodwork all up and even Broke some of it. Two weeks and no Satisfa... read more
Bought 11 bags of mulch, waited over 30 minutes to have it loaded into my jeep!!
