Shopping at The Home Depot is always a pleasant experience.
I was not impressed with the service in your door and window area. I as looking for shims, all the two men talking could do is point and mumble some vague words. Get up and show me please!
I usually have great service at this place, but today, not so much. My husband and I came in with the intention of purchasing several exterior doors and storm doors. We kept asking for help. We were told he was on the way. After 45 minutes of waiting, we were ready to leave. We came around the corner to find the guy helping someone else already. Big mistake. We purchased elsewhere.
I've been going to home Depot for some time now as I work with a painter, and Ray and Stephanie have been sooo helpful with us, they sooo care about the company, and have so creatively decorated for Christmas, the snowman and tree ornaments made by them and home Depot ornaments featuring home Depot brands, how creative
Disappointed that it took 3 try's to finally get some boards cut the length l wanted! Employee doesn't listen well or just didn't care! When they finally got it right l was glad for the discount l was given. Great save!
Horrible experience everything cost more than menards don't shop at Home Depot people shot at menards!!!!
I love the store, there is always that one person that sends a bad taste...But overall I enjoy shopping there!
