Rented a Penske moving truck from them. They handed me the keys without doing an inspection (I was told it was already done). Upon finding my truck in the lot, I found that the rear cargo door latch wouldn't close properly. After notifying the sales associate and watching three other employees struggle to latch it, whom were all smaller than me, a woman came out with a 5 lb. sledge and beat it closed. Sad that a order that was supposed to be just picked up is going on 2 hours and were still not ready. One thing if they had others here to get stuff but we came early to be out early. You are not a priority here. Next time I'll spend the extra money and shop local.
Purchased a new washer and dryer set from this location. Was told I would receive a phone call the day before delivery to confirm a time frame. Never received a call. So I called the 1800 given to me. They told me my set won't be delivered until the end of the month. It's suppose to be here TOMORROW. I already sold my old set. Way to go home depot.
Awesome customer service, Mr. Dave in the paint department was very knowledgeable in other areas as well. He went above and beyond helping us and just giving us useful information.
