Terrible customer service. My friend had a refrigerator delivered on sept 29, 2020. Would not cool or freeze and Was damaged before delivered. She contacted Home Depot within the 48 hours per their policy only to get the run around between them and Frigidaire. Home Depot says it’s not their responsibility and they won’t give her a refund or exchange it. When clearly their policy says if defective or damaged upon delivery you have 48 hrs to contact the store, only way they will accept a return. Now she has to wait another 2 w... read more

My husband went in today to buy pieces to fix our gate as our one year old keeps trying to escape. Not only was he one of the only customers with a mask on, he said less than half of the employees he encountered were wearing masks. Isn't that required per the Governor's guidelines? Why be lax about public health????? We are really disappointed as we used to be frequent shoppers. Take our health seriously, please.
Went to pick up a microwave that was supposed to be STAINLESS STEEL, mind you two employees specifically checked the numbers to make sure they were going pick the right one of the shelf only for me to get home and open it for it to be WHITE! Make sure to match your product numbers yourself before leaving the store when things are wrapped and you can’t see the color yourself! Hopefully I can return it tomorrow for the right color!

Helped My Husband Load 20 Something Boards On A Cart Tonight While 3 Male Employees Stood At The Front Of The Isle Chit Chatting & Watching Us. The Wood Was Above My Head & My Husband Was Standing On A Pile Of Wood To Reach What We Needed. I Feel Them As Employees Should Have Offered Us Help! That Is Their Job!
I ordered a washer/dryer set over a month ago and after 5 different deliveries they still have it wrong. no help over the phone on any of the occasions and no attempt to make it right. Go to Lowe's for your appliances. I ordered my stove through Lowe's and it was at my house in two days with everything exactly as it should be. DO NOT ORDER FROM HOME DEPOT.
