Ordered turf for my new facility 9/22 and was supposed to recieve it 9/29 ... it's now 10/18 & still no turf..I go into the store to get an update and the staff can't help with anything... never again will i shop with home depot!!!
What is happening in all these stores is that they are hiring people who too frequently don't know hardware generally. It's not the fault of the employees, but it doesn't speak well of corporatism in these types of businesses. I bought carpet. But NONE of the employees knew how to calculate square footage, none knew what "nap" meant, and not one of them had any clue about how carpet is actually laid. Worst customer service ever. Store clerks look at you clueless when you ask a question.
what a zoo....tried to get a few bags of cow manure..they dont have forklift...why do you keep it all the way in the back up on the shelves???
12/16/16. Once again a wasted trip. I wanted to purchase an item. Their website and their store computer showed 9 in stock. Of course they couldn't find them. Asked them to order me 3. They could not order any because they showed they had 9 in stock. This has happened to me too many times. I wasted more time talking with a manager, with no success.
