Watched 7 employees play slap and tickle around the customer service counter for 10 minutes after I asked for assistance cutting a piece of wire shelving. Was about to do it myself so I asked 1 as he wandered away if he had a tape measure so I could measure my cut. He ended up snipping it for me with the manual cutters but not before seeming thoroughly inconvenienced.
We have been waiting a couple months to get 3 doors installed from Home Depot. The guy thats is responsible for taking measurement missed his appointments with us, and showed up on his own one day to measure 2 right doors ans one wrong one. Since then, he has missed two appointments. Talking to a manager didn't help. What else is there? The sad part is, we originally went with Lowe's but ended up canceling because they took months to come out and measure. How is it that companies can afford to be so terrible at their job??
30 minutes to buy washer. Called wrong # and didn't deliver. Terrible
SO thankful for good honest people at the Evans, GA store. Thank you for holding my cash I left behind at the self checkout until I came back.
Employee wearing a hat saying "America was never Great" can't be sure if it's real but if it is, whole store of employees need to be fired and replaced, before I will ever return back to Home Depot.
Waiting in lumber for a hour for assistance on one 8 ft lumber. Where is all the employees? I guess since I am not building a house and need a truck load I'm not important. I guess I should keep shopping at Lowes for now on.
Ally went above and beyond to help us find what we needed and smiled the entire time! She is a real asset to this business! Home Depot for us from now on!
I came in to start a project for my daughters birthday party and had Tim Pendley helping me. He had an answer for every question I asked him and took time to make sure I got everything I needed. He is a gem! Thanks Tim!
