My mom purchased a gas grill from this location to be delivered to her home (paid extra) because she is 100% disabled and doesn't have a spouse to help her with it. a delivery date was set up and the grill wasn't delivered on that day. Upon calling the store she was informed it would be up to a month before the grill was delivered even though it was in store. Make employee would not even get out of his chair to her me and young female employee. Just pointed which way we should walk to find item...which was sold out but showed in stock. Glad I drove 30 minutes for this exceptional service.
I have ordered 7 boxes of flooring and only been able to use 4 of the boxes. They will not Expedite my order. This was started on April 20, 2020. So if you order flooring from them good luck. It also took over an hour to pick something up from the curb side pickup.
I do not like the policies or customer service.

Had a great experience today, placed a order online it wasn’t ready when I got there, but Matt from customer service made sure I got my order! It did take a little longer and what I ordered wasn’t in stock, but once again he made sure EVERYTHING was taken care of! 👍
As we approached to checkout, the cashier walked away and left us standing there. she ignored my wife's questions. We left our selections and left. This is the third time recently we have left without making a purchase and see no reason to try again.
This is us buying a tree at the Lowe’s store after no one in Home Depot could manage to answer two different calls for assistance. Plenty of people standing around adjusting pushcarts but No one managing Christmas trees
We visit Home Depot several times a week. My husband came and asked that I let you know that Dale in the hardware department, does an outstanding job!
