I think it's a great store it always has everything I ever need and I've always had luck with customer service I like the employees are friendly or helpful and kind
Update, spoke with store manager David this morning, he is now handling everything and has assured us that while the damage and insurance claim will take time, the delivery will be made and he will take care of any further issues we have, finally some real customer service. Appalled at the customer service!! I purchased a bbq online and my 17 year old son picked it up. The associate assembled it, helped him out to his truck and failed to tie it down!! My son drove it home, made a slight turn, and the entire bbq fell out into the street. He had to pick up this heavy bbq by himself in the middle of traffic!! It is now scratched and dented. I have found everything I need and then some.� My son loves coming with me here.
I'm vey frustrated and disappointed with your service. We ordered a $6000 order that was supposed to be in store for pick up Wednesday but you messed up so you said you would deliver Friday. Now you're asking if you can do Saturday because you don't have a truck big enough. I've had to pay my contractor for days they were supposed to be working. This is your fault and I expect something in return.
In the shipping and receiving department the employees are very rude When you're trying to deliver their product and they're being rude you doesn't make no sense
