Why we own stock in Lowes and not HOME DEPOT. When you are paying for a large order by credit card over the phone and they aren't able give you your VETERAN'S DISCOUNT over the phone but if you bring your receipt to the store they will apply it then. Two days later on Veteren's Day Weekend, the Customer Service Manager, who states that SHE is the boss, had a horrible attitude and tells us that is not the way it is. We will gladly give our dollars to a company that supports Veterans NO MATTER WHAT! Goodbye Home Depot!

This is the worst service I have ever received. Ordered cabinets in May 2018 and today October 8th, I still have not received my complete order. They are totally understaffed and incompetent! It’s not worth it! Do yourself a favor and buy your cabinets from a person that owns the company. Home Depot does not care about you. No one is accountable! Kraftmaid made a mistake when they formed a relationship with Home Depot!
Ordered a glass patio door two months ago to be installed, when we called two days ago we were told their installer quit and that it may take another 3 weeks to get it installed, this is not acceptable no telling how long the door had been sitting in their store, no communication from the store to inform us of the setback , poor business we will not deal with the north Carson Home Depot ever again, will either drive to Reno or the south Carson store , I cannot believe they have only one installer for all of Carson and Minden... read more
Shoutout to the gentlemen at the Home Depot paint department in Carson City, Nevada for going out of their way to provide fantastic customer service. From helping me get the right products to going out of their way to involve my girls by teaching them how the paint is prepared, they were an absolute pleasure to work with. They were so excited to be involved in the process.
