Horrible customer service from the manager. Attempted to purchase insulation via their low price guarantee. He would not honor the lowest price plus 10% like the website states. He offered no reason for not honoring it other than "not on that......" He would only match their price. Drove to lowes and purchased it instead. Will continue to drive to Lowe's in the future
Took our 5 and 3 year old grandsons yesterday for the kids workshop. I was really impressed how it's laid out and everyone was really great! Although my grandkids soon lost interest in painting the rain gauge when they spotted a John Deere close by. So much for finishing the job! They enjoyed Pretriping the John Deere checking all the tires for air!
My little girl loves to shop here with me. Everyone is so friendly and helpful!!!
My favorite store and Kat makes it so fun for the kids when we go make the craft. Is my go to store! Everybody is so helpful!
Placed an online order. Had to call 5hrs later and lady told me she told them to pull it and no one wanted to do it. Order was not complete, no assistance loading, out of stock when elweb said it in stock.
Customer Service is beyond terrible! Unwilling to help!
