customer service by phone is terrible Anytime I've tried to call this store I get transferred from department to department and told wrong information. Very frustrating. As I write this I'm on the phone and have been transferred no less than 5 times to answer a simple question about whether they carry a certain product in the lumber department.
Home Depot is terrible! Calling this store is an exercise in frustration. It's bad enough trying to find a person with a brain when you go in person. On the phone it's hopeless!
Help has no knowledge of products what a mess this store is. Ordered rugs paid for them and then after 3 weeks they call me to tell me that the rug is discontinued. Now i have used the 8x10 for 2 weeks and cannot get the matching runners I needed for it.
Only This Home Depot The sales associate was very rude to me. He had that 'I know more than you' attitude. He actually almost started arguing with me.
Customer service sucks- don't bother going here!! They may be adequate on showing you which aisle to walk down, but I went there today for some cabinets. It was clear I need them custom made so I went to the man in that dept. The guy didn't even get up from his desk or show me samples. He told me the price depends on many variables so he wouldn't give me one even though I knew what I wanted. So rude!!! He went back to his video game when I was walked away. This is what you get when you go to Home Depot I guess.
