We went to select a washer and dryer set..we were happy with the set we picked..price was decent..Saleslady was so nice..and tried to be helpful. But didn't have much knowledge about the machines..etc...They won't be delivered till end of March due to days we needed are already filled..but that's ok..
Ordered brand new washer dryer set, delivered and installed. I went down to look at it tonight only to find I might as well have ordered it from a scratch and dent outlet. BOTH pieces have scratches and gouges. Absolutely disgusted. Never again.
I had signed up for a project night with a few other people and unfortunately they did not have enough supplies...fortunately we came up with a work around, it appeared additional prep time was need. Glad the project worked out as it was a lot of fun!
Ordered a door 2 months ago and still haven't recieved it. After 3 weeks it came in damaged. Told us we'd get a new one in 10 days, no word so called 3 days later and was given a new date. On the new date still no word. Called to talk to the manager and was given another date. Waited another 4 days to call and found out it came in 6 days before given date. I was just there buying white marble rocks and 2 male employees watched me struggle doing this and neither one offered to help. And this is the reason I HATE. Home Depot. Employees SUCK.
Registered for DIY workshop. I was very excited about it even took a friend to enjoy the little project. When we went to the store and tried to check in at customer service desk first they had no idea what I was talking about and they all looking at each other then finally after 15 minutes they get answer and asked us to wait for 10 minutes and we are telling ourselves its okay its coming along nobody came for next half hour and we were just sitting and wasting our time at the store.
