I am currently standing in the bath aisle, as I have been for almost 45 minutes (real time, not annoyed customer exaggerated time) waiting for someone to please take a vanity down for me. I have asked NUMEROUS employees and the responses I get are "I'll be right back", "it's not my department", "I don't know where the machine is" "I don't know who to call". I'm at the Johnston, RI location and have never been so disappointed with service.
We bought 30 bags of Scott's Red Mulch this weekend. We opened up a bag. It was brown. Our next door neighbor even had asked us if we changed to brown. It says RED on the bag. We returned it this am. The guy helped my husband bring it back in . He was nice. The person who took it back wasnt all that nice. What happened to being nice to customers? We know the difference in RED and Brown? Sorry not happy with Home Depot.
