5 associates told me what aisle they “ thought” my item would be in but never once offered to walk or find it with me. Each time they sent me to the wrong place. Finally at 9:00 when I was beyond frustrated and the lights shut off, one more sales associate actually WALKED with ME to the correct AISLE and actually HELPED me find what I was looking for instead of “sending” me on a wild goose like the other “unknowledgeable” people did.
Started the process in mid to early May 2018 of purchasing a Storm Door including installation. Its July 4th and door is not installed with a promise of July 17th. I spoke with someone who did the same thing at Lowes after me and his storm door is already installed. Spoke with "CARRIVEAU, DAVID R" who said he is the installation manager. Said he would look into it. Last communications was near the end of June. Have not heard back. First you ask an employee a question - there response I don’t know. Let me ask someone who knows. Won’t it make more since to tell the customer I’m sorry this isn’t my department but I will have someone come over to assist you. Then you go to the register. All registers closed but one. Every self check out closed. 11 people ahead of me. Then the apron says customers first. What a joke!
Is this a joke?! Had 2 storm doors installed today. Returned from work to find very shabby work. Latches were mounted to the door frame with plastic and pieces of chewed up plywood! This craftsmanship would not even be acceptable for a dog house never mind the entrance to my home. Very unhappy costumer.
Wow it only took a little bit over a month to return a stove that their delivery people damaged during shipping! The managers tell you one thing just to shut you up and get you to hang up or go away then you get told it's just the opposite when you call or show up to finish the transaction. Almost a month and a half and all we have to show for our trouble is an empty space in our kitchen and a $10 hot plate from walmart. My husband and I just spent our Sunday afternoon in this location and we couldn't have been more impressed! We worked with Lisa Gasbarro in the kitchen/bath dept. she was so helpful and informative. She literally walked us through the design and install for our kitchen. We are so excited to start the remodel and we are so thankful for Lisa's help!
Some really great helpful associates. Had a good visit and the kids workshop was fun.
