Never enough cash registers open. Don’t ask Sandy for help- she’s got the worst “I don’t care to help” attitude. She was unwilling to help and wants to give excuse as to why another check out can’t be open.
Since you decided to change your policy for veterans, I won't be doing any more business there. Always got my discount up until now. So I'll take my business elsewhere and let my VA friends know.

I have had an awful experience. I went into the store about a month ago to pick out/schedule flooring to be done in my house. My schedule date was for Friday June 29th. So, the week of my schedule date , we received phone calls from Home Depot on Monday , and returned the call on the same day , only to be told "I'll take your name & number. look into your account & give you a call back" so, all was good, we waited for a phone call, and did not receive one by Tuesday afternoon...Continue Reading
We were in looking for ideas for remodeling our motorhome. We were approached by Joe Roman? who was very polite, friendly and asked if there was anything he could help us with. Aloha Joe. Thank you. The store was clean and organized, we were acknowledged by employees who were friendly and helpful, overall service was great. We recommend this Home Depot
The staff appear to have had good training. They were available and helpful, but did not hover or annoy. If going into Home Depot can be pleasant, this trip was.
Little disappointed it took so long to have someone “help us” with backsplash questions. He was in a huge hurry and barely took the time to assist us. This was after wondering the aisles for a good 10 min trying to even find an employee to ask the questions we had.
