Piss poor customer service. Bought a mower online for $850+ (including tax) in June. It stopped working in August so I took it to their repair shop. They said they would be in touch soon but after a few days, I went up there to learn that the mower was shipped to ATL for repair. Fast forward 7 weeks and over $150 in mower rentals (from HD) and I’m out over $1000 and nothing to show for it. I purchased a GE washer in January. Had to call repair three times in 6 months. Called the store manager to ask about replacement. Do yourself a favor and do not purchase from this store. They don't stand behind what they sell.
I placed an order online with Home Depot and paid extra for them to deliver and install my appliances. Well hurricane Sally delayed my first delivery date and it was postponed until today. BTW, no one bothered calling me to tell me they were delivering them today. Well they delivered my Refrigerator and my Washing Machine in my driveway and got back in the truck and drove off. We had our roof insulation done by this Home Depot in Jan 2019. The contractors they hired to do the work didn’t install the flashing correctly and as a result the roof has leaked since installed and we now have major water damage and black mold growing. The mold inspection cost us $1000 and mitigation is going to cost $19,000 not counting the $10-15,000 in structural damages. its always clean and the staff are very helpful, yes they ask you for help! you find what you are looking for because everything is neatly stacked or placed. during the summer they offered me something to drink. I went to the Pace home depot I had to ask and the lady in Garden cashing wasn't pleased. keep up the good.
