i'm only giving 1 star because i have to but i have never received worse customer service in my life than tonight from lorrie. after trying to return a drill set my boyfriend received for christmas, (that he already owns), she rudely told us the return was denied with absolutely no explanation. when we asked for a reason why, she slid a receipt across the counter and said "this number can help you". being someone who works in customer service, this behavior is unacceptable. i definitely will not be shopping here in the futur... read more
Needed a replacement hose for washer. The guy in appliances said go to isle 36 no help. I had to find the part by myself while employees just walk by.
Never go to this home depot if u Need anything loaded with a forklift. Had to wait an hour to get one pallet of Portland cement.
Was shopping for a vinyl replacement strip for a doorway. Was disappointed to find out they do not carry that particular replacement. But SHOUT OUT to the lovely ladies working in doors and windows today who hooked me up with a return!! It fits! It's perfect!! They went beyond!! Great service!
I normally like Home Depot a lot, but this recent experience from your store left a sour taste in my mouth. What was supposed to be a simple "free" water test ended up being a painful 3 hours listening to a pitch for a $7000 whole house water filter system. Home Depot, I expected better from you!
