This Home Depot does not care about Veterans. My father in law went to purchase flooring today and he was denied the discount because his VA card did not say “service connected”. When confirmed with the lady that they do not give veterans discount only disable veterans she said no we give veterans a discount but it has to have service connected. She clearly does not know how veterans receive their card. She was very rude and another lady stepped in and was condescending saying well just call a manager and let them go back in... read more

Went into your store on 9 mile yesterday to purchase a under mount sink and wasn’t ask about my military discount. Lowe’s never misses asking especially with my navy retired hat and I don’t usually forget either. Went to the Home Depot on Davis to buy a new drain for the sink and inquired about my discount, had my receipt but the girl without hesitation said not after the sale, seemed kind of petty. Visited the plumbing location and garden center asked for assistance at both spots and waiting 15 min and no one came. Very poor service! Not the first time this happened. Last time I came to get pine straw and waited 45 min for someone to load it. Only reason it was only 45 min is because I asked for a manager.

Mr. George donated a rug to a blind five year old after her mom posted a video of her and her brother rolling around on the rug. Baby C kept proclaiming how soft it was and saying she loved it and asking her brother if he loved it. #randomactofkindness

All I wanted was a new dryer installed. Instead I have a dryer with a door that wont open all the way because of a duct vent that is not a suitable size for the space. Inconvenient, but fixable. However, it was your no-refund policy on the useless duct vent that pushed me over the top. Screwed out of my money for the one installed, plus the cost of a suitable replacement. I won't be doing business with you ever again.

I was looking for something in plumbing and i guess i looked a little perplexed so a worker with grey hair and a beard named jeff with a orange shirt on came over and asked if i needed help. Although he didnt know what i was looking for he made sure he found me someone who did.. He made me feel important as a customer especially as most places dont take female customers who are diy's seriously. Thanks home depot....

Came in to get quotes on vinyl flooring. Some employees said hello and that's it. They didn't even ask if we needed help. The second time we came in, employees just looked at us, no hello. Not at all happy with their customer service. Didn't seem like they wanted to help. I asked a guy where a certain item was, he just pointed and told me what aisle. He didn't go with us to check it. So we went to that aisle and the item wasn't even there. Came back and asked him again, he was at his desk sitting down...really, you couldn't ... read more

I went in to get shingles and no one helped me in that area. At least 4 different employees walked by me and didn't even offer to help while I was lifting heavy shingles into a cart. 2 employees look like they were goofing off together. And in the parking garage lot, one employee got a few carts, didn't offer to help me, walked right by me with maybe 4 carts and didn't even take mine after I finished loading my little car by my little self. Horrible service. Worst Home Depot ever.
