RecommendedIf masks are required then those not wearing one should not be allowed to enter. Several folks not wearing one even though the majority were, including handicap and the elderly. The ones that weren’t were younger people. Totally unfair. Enforce your own rules!
We have always given Home Depot our business because their customer service seems to be a lot better. Not today! One employee spoke to us the entire hour and a half we were there. The man working in appliances wouldn’t acknowledge and help us. 30 minutes we were in the area, standing right beside him... he never acknowledged us. You lost the sale of a washer and a kitchen faucet because of terrible customer service. Maybe we will come back and try again... maybe not. Open register other than self self check out. Have a manger available. Train employees to help customers. provide help with loading of materials. Remember the customer should not have to do all of the aforementioned items.
Surprisingly sweet and efficient! I have come to the conclusion most Home Depot and Lowe’s employees are not very friendly. I assume it’s the job because 99% of the employees act this way. Today was a very different story. I went in for paint. Monica was in the paint Department. She was so nice and helpful. She cleaned the counters at least twice while I waited and still managed to move customers along surprisingly fast. very poor experience today with Greg and manager Pete over a Hampton Bay product under a year old not working.
They lie about their price match policy and the staff is rude! Was told they don’t price match online prices. Well your policy is here in black and white smh. I’ll be calling their corporate office on Monday!
