Terrible service (Well at least this time ) Usually not bad but damn
We love coming to the Kid's workshop at this location!!! Ms. Sasha does an amazing job at decorating, and making each kid feel special:)
The worst customer service around. I've seen customers come in there with invoices of appliance and kitchen remodels from Lowes because the team here was too busy with personal conversations or contractors to help. Today I experience something similar myself. I was pointed to opposite directions all over the store with no one taking time to stop and talk to me. Took my two boys to kids workshop, another awesome experience, it was a special day because it was my 3 year old first time. He enjoyed it very much. Kids Workshop is a perfect place for kids to learn. Thank you Sasha from Home Depot always a great workshop coordinator.
