Nick in paint did such a great job explaining what we would need to finish our Home project. Very professional and courteous.
We came in today because our contractor didn't get the color right, the paint department was so helpful and paged "Thomas" to help us. He supposed to be really good with colors & was patiently adjusting color over and over until it's right. It was a $500 mistake and they make it right for us. THANK YOU so much, truly appreciate it!!
It's all in the matter of getting someone to ask and willingness of that person to help. If they don't carry an item, if the staff are knowledgeable then they should suggest alternatives and not just dismiss you.
