as we face this epic flood, is today really the day to be texting or calling people, threatening to cancel prepaid orders? I'll deal with this after we get the water out of the house.
We (regretfully) took a trip to Lowes because it was closer. After searching for the supplies we needed for an hour, we came to the realization that they didn't exist and we would need to cut a piece of plywood. We asked the associate for help and he basically responded with "I could do that, but I won't because I can't spend 3 hours helping one customer". After a few eye rolls we headed to Home Depot. Didn't have either of the products they list online that specifically brought me into the store.
Everyone is always very helpful but, Tim was very helpful in the paint department.
I have not visited here but a friend, who is a veteran has, and he posted a picture of the flag in front of the store. It was wrapped around the pole and in terrible condition. None of the employees he approached, including the store manager, were concerned about the way the flag was displayed. I am a veteran, as well, and I am appalled at this situation. Please remedy this immediately!
Giovanna is a rockstar after being disappointed at 2 other Home Depot's in the area and checking online stock before I went. 0 in stock so I though I was going to leave disappointed once again. Giovanna solved the problem and I left happy and I appreciate people who actually go out of their way to help the customer out. I will be coming back to this store even tho it's 5 miles out of the way. Great customer service!!!!
Got everything I needed . just real slow getting check out and loaded up .
Great service and selection. Everyone is so nice. If the don't have the answer they find someone who does.
Today i went to rent a step ladder 12 footer all the times accepted the passport Mexican , I don't know if politicals store change , but the man in rent department not accepted why if I use all the times , but well I had no choice buy a new one , at Lowes , racist people Home Depot . You got your business , I got the money , thanks .
