The tool rental department. Rented a self propelled mower. Could barely push it out of the store. I questioned the clerk why I couldn’t push it, he said because it was a self propelled. Regardless, machine wouldn’t pull itself through the grass without being pushed. The “self paced” control wouldnt move enough to speed up the mower without holding one hand on the speed control, squeezing against the handle, leaving only one hand to control the mower itself.
RecommendedGiving 2 thumbs up to Andre in the hardware department. I guess over the years you stop expecting customer service so I’m blown away when it is given. Andre not only ASKED if I need help but he went above and beyond any help that I have received in awhile. Y’all need to make him manager or maybe president... at least to recognize him during a meeting.
very fast checkout at the self checkout.
This has to be the worst Home Depot. 20 people in line to use self checkout. Money is on the line and I need a more professional experience. The last experience was very unpleasant. The coustmer service agent was very ugly with me. I only came here for a light that was shown to be in stock.
You need to speak to the individual who was working the wood trimming system last night at around 1830. I was trying to cut 2 flats of wood to fit under my new bed. I was simply waiting for him to give me attention from his lady friend when he turned away from me and I went and found some one who could get his attention. The boards were cut but I had to ask for help from 3 people to finally get him to do his job.
Unbelievable customer service. We want to get a washer and it’s taking over 1 hour to get this. Stressed out employees. Outdated and confusing payment system. And we still haven’t check out and paid yet.
I like the staff at this location...very helpful and accommodating.
Lately instead of searching for someone to help me now I can find someone to help me without much a wait at all. Thanks Home Depot!
The staff at this location has better customer service experience than the 646 location. We took our hot water heater back to the 646 store because it had 2 dents. The manager didn't help after we told him what we needed. Only one employee walked around the store to find someone with theatro, and couldn't find anyone. So we left and went to the Webster store. Employees there were soo very helpful, opened the box to make sure it wasn't dented, boxed and wrapped it in plastic so it wouldn't get wet when we left. it had started... read more
