I've always liked Home Depot, but was very disappointed with how they handled a delivery. They charge an increasing fee for whether the merchandise is left curbside, placed in the garage, or brought into the house. I understand that; I can accept that. But they will not give you a two hour window of delivery unless you pay them an extra $20 for that. That's how you destroy relationships. This sounds like something that would happen with an airline. Asked a sales associate in appliances what she thought of the Samsung brand, she said "I don't know, I don't own one." Extremely rude.... Off to Lowe's.
