Super friendly staff and our daughter LOVED the car cart � � Also, this store is always clean and well organized.
Went and bought a $600 tool box really heavy and I seen a worker and asked her if she would find us help to load them and she brought back another cart .....
Went to buy an infrared heater that online said they had 8 but when I got there they had 0. I will be shopping at Lowes from now on. The associates were no help at all and didn't even offer to check the back or anything.

Today tried to return an item for another which they did not carry so wanted a refund... had bought the item on store credit card...They refused a refund to me & said I had to call the 866# which was TRE( Retail Equation ).. Called that # for my reason for declined return... Mention that since I made a return befMONore I had to wait 30 days or more for a request & maybe I get a return on my money....NOT RIGHT OR NOT FAIR TO THE CONSUMER... YOU CAN'T EVEN GET A REFUND WITH A RECEIPT...SO DO NOT TAKE STORE CREDIT ON A GIFT CAR... read more
Great store. Only one problem I signed up for emailed receipts so I wouldn't have to waste the paper and trash it. Why give people an option for emailed receipt and regular receipt. I just want the emailed one.
