My father is a Vietnam veteran, served his country and has his card proving he is a vet. This Home Depot location more then once has declined him for a discount because his card does not have a certain number on it. I was a true customer of home depot because of the people who worked there but now I will take my business elsewhere. There customer service is complete crap!! They have a sale going on where you buy a Ryobi battery set and you get a free tool. Well that would be great if you had the free tools in stock! They when we find the tool with the battery that is the same but twice the price and offer to pay the difference in price and you basically tell us sorry about your luck it is bad customer service.
Helpful staff everywhere you turn...and they know what they're talking about.
Worst customer service ever. Don't try to spend your money here, no one will help you. I've tried 2 times to order things for my house, only to stand there and be ignored by their employees. Forget calling and speaking to a manager, they don't care either.
The customer service at this location is horrible...which is sad because it’s in such a convenient location for us. 3 times now we have gone to spend a very decent amount of money...1st was for a washer and dryer set...2nd was for a new fridge, stove, and microwave...and 3rd was today for a dishwasher.
