Worst experience at a home depot ever. Unfortunately I can't give you the 0 stars that you deserve. Today I was denied a return because the cashier couldn't swipe my valid California drivers license through her computer. In reading the company return policy posted on the register it doesn't mention anything about needing a swipeable ID. When I asked to see where in the return policy it states this is a requirement she told me she didn't know. A second cashier decided to chime in and tell me to look it up online.
