It's not always what's going on inside the store! We recently , today around 3 p.m., witnessed a Home Depot delivery truck spinning donuts in a 4 way stop intersection in a neighborhood in Concord! Wow, helping to bring sideshows to Concord!
The parking lot is Always filthy dirty. Not inviting!! Does anyone
Went in fora new grill and some plants, selected both in under 10, never enough floor help although personnel were nice. Lines to checkout way too long...
The parking lot is an accident waiting to happen. There needs to be "crossing guards" to keep people safe. 3 times I was sent to the extreme ends of the store looking for a wheelbarrow because nobody really bothered to learn where they are. Additionally the teammate that was supposed to be helping me was poached by other shoppers. The cashier did not offer bags or a brown plastic sheet to protect the vehicle interior from wet plants. Not my best experience in this HD. Truth is this HD is always the worst experience.
Tom in the Kitchen Design department is great! So knowledgeable and designed beautiful kitchen!
