Top down problems with this store. Phone rings and rings, nobody answers. Store manager non-existent on the floor or on the phone. If you get through and ask to be connected with a manager, good luck having them answer the call! Constantly out of advertised products, many items on clearance not marked for pricing reduction or mis-marked. Major brand advertised products with bonus gear offered, "sorry no bonus gear in stock".! OK, could you order it and I'll pick it up?? "Sorry, no rain checks". Everyone who works at Home Depot has helped me every-time I am there buying something for my projects. Helping a lot when it comes to buying plywood or what I need to use that works better in what I am making. Tomorrow I am going back because I will be needing help in buying the best cement/ concrete for my projects I’m working on. Employees knows their stuff and good at explaining to customers in detail. 10⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Horrible online purchase/in-store pick-up experience. Also very, very poor customer service. Last, but not least, IMPOSSIBLE to get anyone online (chat/email) and still sitting on hold for an hour now (still) to speak with someone about an issue. Grr.
Correct your email system, each time I received the email it was saying that partial order is received. I never received an email saying that the whole order has arrived. After long time waiting I called the store asking how come the order has not arrived yet, they said oh it has arrived. My contractor went to pick it up, they said they have returned the items ( all large items). Never again.
Best HD around. Best plant quality/conditions at any HD anywhere. Great, friendly staff, too.
I have made the San Ramon Home Depot my go to; I love that store. Sean the store manager and his management team (Steve and Jonathan) are incredible. I can’t say enough about their dedication to their customers. I recently went through a home remodel and Sean and his team were great. Like every home project you hit snags or even roadblocks but these folks truly understand the concept of “customer service”. They made things happen to keep my project moving.
