Do not order any delivery item Estes express trucking cannot get their act together...horrible!
Nobody wants to help anyone they need to get paid by commision then us contractors would get the assitance we need
We had excellent service!! The Gentlemen in the wood department went over and beyond helping my husband. He went outside and looked at his truck and helped him to figure out the correct measurements that he needed!! When I posted where we were in mentioned his name under the comments. Check out his name!! He deserves to have the bell rung!!!
Terrible customer service. Try to call and talk to a manager and they just bounced me around. When I asked for the manager, all of a sudden they could not hear me anymore.
I highly recommend not using your credit card here as they will charge you extra money and claim they have no proof of the transaction- a extra $600 was charged and when I proved it by showing my bank statement they refused to fix the issue claiming it wasn't their fault. But yet they are the ones who never voided my order and then lied about it and a week later I'm still chasing to get my $600 back
