This is the vile employees you hire?
Although you don't NEED to have ride on carts for disabled shoppers, it would be nice to have at least one that WORKS! Or at the very least a chair to sit and wait when and if you get working carts. I was offered a stool too high to get on.
apparently there is no customer service for online orders. bought a Dethatcher 3 weeks ago, the tracking number still shows waiting item, and I got an email asking me how I like the product. I try to email them, no luck, I have to call. sit on hold for over an hour, nothing. call them at 1130, wait for 30 minutes, someone picks up the phone, nothing, and then the survey for the call is played. terrible customer service

I ordered a refrigerator on Sept4th. Oct 3 I finally received a working, non damaged appliance. The “compensation” of $200 for the initial damaged fridge was nice but the next fridge didn’t work at all. We took a total of 16 hours of from work, rearranged furniture multiple times and food as well to be able to get the fridge in and out. Very unsatisfactory experience. $200 is not adequate compensation for the hassle that this was.
Had what I needed and they helped me load it !!
