We went to the Eugene Good Pasture Rd. Store. Our Mohen kitchen faucet broke. We called Mohen Corp. to see about ordering part for it. They needed the model number which we didn’t have. They suggested to go Home Depot so we did. We took a picture of the faucet. We went back to plumbing for help. Angel helped us. He took a great deal of care making sure we got the information we needed. Since this was the second time this part has failed, he suggested we ask them to replace it. Really terrible customer service today Home Depot. Employees literally huffed and puffed at my questions about finding an appropriate cart, the woman at check out acted very inconvenienced, and never offered help to my car with a very heavy shelving unit I bought. The list goes on- just too irritated with your store to give it more time. Will use Lowe's next time.
In an effort to help our family save money we bought a build-it-yourself shed from you so we didn't have to pay for a storage unit anymore. You delivered it today, my husband just opened it -- and it is completely rotten!! Wood is rotted out, there is this white, web-like mold everywhere, and bugs and flying out of it!! And worse yet, when he called the store to get this rectified he keeps getting transferred and disconnected. If I could post pictures here I would. It's absolutely disgusting!!
