I just had the worst experience at the delta oaks Home Depot with a customer service rep named Debbie. She started shouting at me from 20 feet away when I was waiting patiently in line, asking what I wanted and when I said I need to talk to you about a situation ( a picnic table I bought that’s fulllll of splintered wood) she started yelling what, what what do you want??? The customer service from the flooring dept and the store manager, Jay Dallimore, are atrocious. They will sell you defective products, install them improperly, then jerk you around for months before telling you that you're SOL and they won't be making it right, even after admitting that the product and install were both garbage! I won't ever shop here again, and I'll be telling everyone I know to avoid this store. "Better head for Jerry's" if you want decent service with integrity.

One promise after another not kept when spending thousands of dollars on a new kitchen. Would never go there again!
ABSOLUTE HORRIBLE SERVICE. THREE WEEKS AND STILL NO DELIVERY, THIS IS OUT OF CONTROL. SOME GUY IN SPECIAL DELIVERIES NAMED DOUG SAID 3 DIFFERENT TIMES THAT YES FOR SURE YOUR DELIVERY WILL BE THERE TODAY WITHOUT QUESTION, THEN HE GOES HOME AT 5PM AND NOW I TALK TO SOMEONE ELSE WHO TELLS ME COMPLETELY THE OPPOSITE. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEST BELIEVE EVERY SINGLE PERSON I KNOW, CONTRACTORS, HOME OWNERS ETC WILL KNOW ABOUT THIS!
