I waited 2 months for my dishwasher and stove and 3 cancelations just to get a call saying they aint able to deliver the dishwasher and won't get it till end of September and thats the reason why they didn't deliver the stove. And then just so I could get my stove (because mine stopped working) I had to cancel the dishwasher and get refunded for it because apparently they don't do separate deliveries on one order. RecommendedI love home depot but please find someone capable of watering the indoor plants so they are not sitting in 5 inch water! I had a cashier drain my plant before I bought it and the water gushed out. Definitely seen this many times as I buy my plants there quite often.
Has anyone ever ordered something from this store & get the complete wrong item but have the employees adamantly tell you it was the right thing? Yeah that’s what happened to me. Ordered flooring online & had it shipped to the Alpine store. When they brought me my flooring it was not the right stuff. I told them that & first they tried to tell me it was multicolored flooring & the box I opened was just part of the mix. Worst experience ever. Ordered a refrigerator and it took 1 week to get here. Then upon receiving it, it was damaged and had to be picked up. Well I waited a week with no communication to be told the day before it’s on back order and it will not be coming. They said I had to wait another week. Well after talking to corporate I decided to cancel my order. Now they won’t come pick up the damaged one and they tell me I have to wait 10 more days and they will not refund my money until after then pick it up. This is a joke now th... read more

Today, Easter Sunday, I had to go into Home Depot to buy a few things and I had help from the sweetest gentleman! I think he said he worked mostly in plumbing and I didn’t catch his name but this guy went above and beyond helping me find things, load & lift things and direct me to the right people. This guy was genuinely one of the nicest! What a great guy to have on your team! Great experience tonight. And thank you that man, he made my day so much better!
They have customers using the self checkout sharing the same wireless scanners with no sanitzer. ???? Asked themm and they told me it was fine.
