The kids workshop was great! The set up and staff made the experience wonderful.
I am staying on the same street Tower Ave & my House built up in 1997 ! At this time Home Depot was very Convenient to upgrade my House ! All Staff of Home Depot was very Helpful & Cordial !
Trying to get a frig delivered today. Delivery window was 7am-11am. Got a call 1hr ago truck broke down, so the next open delivery is next Saturday.
I wish I could give this store a negative number. Of all the Home Depot stores this is the worst of the worst. I’ve been trying to reach someone in kitchen design for one week they tell me give me your name and number and I will call you back. After about 45 attempts I have still reached no one but the front desk.
Ordered pavers. Told there would be a ten hour window for delivery. Wife took day off to wait for delivery. At noon they called and said they over booked and couldn't deliver. I said I wanted to speak to the manager. Manager was supposed to call in 10 minutes but didn't after 4 hours so I called and was told that they tried to deliver but there was no one home. I told them that this was a lie. So they told me it would be delivered tomorrow and deliver fee ($80) was waived. So the next day the wrong pavers are delivered. So n... read more
Went to get some wood but was uncertain what kind I needed, I was directed to lumbar where I saw a employee and asked for help, and I was just told a aisle (not helpful at all), until I met Joanne (very nice lady) she made sure I got what I needed and also recommended which would be better, I really wish there was more people like that working there! Thank you
