The delivery i received was 50% incorrect. it took me over an hour to speak to an individual who could assist me. I will never use this home depot again.
The ABSOLUTE WORSE experience!!! Had a refrigerator delivered today. They broke our screen door and ripped up our kitchen floor that is less than one year old. Called to speak to the manager at least 7x. They just kept transferring the call. Will NEVER buy anything that needs to be delivered from Home Depot again
RecommendedI went to Home Depot today to get an outdoor led light and a light bar for the bathroom. Both items I wanted were not on the shelves. I called for an associate to assist me, his name was Greg from electrical. He made our experience this trip unbelievably painless. Greg went out of his way to help us find what we needed. I just went to Home Depot this past Wednesday. I was in line to return something and several customers were not wearing a mask at all, and employees would walk by and not say a word. There was also customers AND employees not wearing a mask properly over their noses. Save yourself the trip and go to Lowes across the street.
Home Depot, thank you for being open. I am a nurse and I have a 19 year old son in military..im very stressed. Soo if I want to buy soil,plants , fertilizer or anything else , then soo be it.. being outside keeping up with my property , keeps my mind healthy 🌞
Be very careful of the 0% interest “promotion”. They use it to get you into the store but the truth is they don’t want you to pay on time. I bought $1500 of carpeting last June on my Home Depot charge and was offered 0% interest for 6 months but my minimum payment was only $25 a month. Clearly not getting paid off in 6 months at that rate. I was told the zero percent interest was up in February. My balance was $120.00 which I intended to pay this week.
