Big thank you to the manager Jeff. He took care of me with my defective batteries even though he didn't have to. That is customer service at its best. Sometimes hard to find in big chain stores but not here. Thx again
The workers r not friendly .. n not very knowledgeable.... every time I go in there I have to look for someone to help me ... I’m never greeted upon entering ...I go in there different days of the week n it’s always the same
What a terrible experience with Home Depot and the contractors they use! This has been months and months of issues! I had them put outdoor carpet on my porch and what a sloppy/lazy job they do. These people could care less about the costumer and how their homes look. Not getting any help from Home Depot and being lied to by the terrible contractors is enough to never do business with both companies again. Please I advise everyone go to Lowes or anywhere but here! The experience and the stress alone is not worth it.
Worse customer service ever ��� lazy worker with a bad actiud
Horrible experience with ordering flooring and it keeps getting worse with wrong items ordered or they just plain forgot to order what items I needed. One of the store employees in flooring who I will omit his name because he should be terminated for the way he answers the phone is just plain rude. If the store manager or regional manager is reading this please feel free to call me. Because of their lack of getting the order correctly the first and the second time my contractors are not happy.
