RecommendedExcellent place to shop and work
I originally placed an online order for the Egg Harbor store, I tried calling to see if it was ready since it was one item and 3 hours passed and I didn’t get email or text. Figured I would have to drive there either way once it was ready. Long story short even though I paid for the only one left in store it really wasn’t available. We had to replace the dishwasher in our new house and honestly Lowe's was terrific. We now have to buy a refrigerator, Lowe's didn't have the size we need so we went to HD. They have the fridge we're going to buy. Three people in the appliance department, not one acknowledged my presence. My husband meet me there, 10 minutes of comparing refrigerators and nothing from the staff. Way to go Home Depot Absecon!! Let Customers buy things n pick up at curb for safety......NOT!! You offer it, then after you buy it when you try to pick up nobody picks up the phone when you ask them to call from the curb. Eventually you have to go inside, or leave??? After driving there! When you go inside to counter they tell you they never had any intention of bringing your order out to you! How bout that? Great way to expose everyone to be sick. better customer service !!
During this crisis, I’m wondering why you are denying the first responders in the town your store is in, the ability to purchase vital PPE equipment. However, you’re supplying Margate Fire Department with all they need or want? How can you deny the emergency personnel in your own town??? You should be ashamed of yourself if this is true. The responders are becoming desperate and you turning your back on them is disgusting.
Poor service, lack of knowledge, unable to answer questions to there mistakes!!!
