Went to get some wood and paint. Had to hunt someone down to ask for assistance in the wood department. The guy paged for someone to come. Waited for 20 minutes and NOONE ever showed up. Said nevermind on getting the wood. Headed to the paint aisle and needed assistance in mixing a paint. Again noone around. Went to find someone again and the guy called over the radio for assistance. We paid cash for French Doors and paid cash to have it installed. They jerked us around for two weeks. I told them to just refund my money. I was told they can't and it will 6-8 weeks to receive a check. I will never do business with home depot. Sterling in windows and doors and Andy the manager couldn't even make things right and weren't willing to fix anything. Their response was "we can leave a message with scheduling".
