Was in the Council Bluffs Store today around 430 when I heard the lady working in customer service interrupt a customer on the phone and ask to shut up so she could finish. Then it was obvious she was hung up on and put phone down saying derogatory things about the customer. I put my things away and left feeling disgusted at her actions.
I was just planning on browsing for tile for my bathroom remodel. But Bernie (Bernadette) in the kitchen section was beyond helpful with talking through the best tiles for my bathroom and she even helped me choose tiles that matched. I will definitely be doing my shopping for my bathroom remodel at this Home Depot because of her professionalism and willingness to help! Customer service is not what it used to be and her customer service was unmatched and so appreciated by me!
