Product line good. Asked an associate to help with an item on a high shelf. He left and get never came back (*waited about 10 minutes). Gave them a shot, but that's poor customer service. Went to Menard's instead.
One star is way, way to many!!!! I can't figure out why people still shop here!!! I stopped shopping at Home Depot 7 years ago because their returns just suck. My daughter ask me to return a couple items after she had a baby and one store said the sale price was one cent, I call BS! Another store denied the return because I had to many returns but the item was not a penny! Stay away!

I came here to get $10 worth of hose. I had no trouble finding it and they had what I needed but when I went to check out, there were zero employee check stands. There was five self checkouts and that’s the only way you can check out. There was a line of at least 10 people to get into these four lanes with a minimum of six employees standing around looking like they didn’t know what to do.
