Went to purchase a JD riding mower. They didn't have the 48" deck riding mowers inside so asked customer service where they were. Young man said he didn't think there were riding mowers with 48" decks. We showed him online and that store should have 5. He called the 1 and only guy who worked in lawn and garden. Said he was on lunch (1:20 pm) and would be back. Said more mowers were outside by flowers. So we walked out and found mower we wanted. Waited 30 min. This store continues to be the best in the entire Omaha/Council Bluffs metropolitan area. The managers and all of the employees are consistently helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. This store should be the model for all of the other retail businesses in the area!
