I stop the other night, finally found items I needed on shelves that were not well stocked, only to get in line and have the ONLY cashier have the customer she was helping close the gate. I DO NOT do self check as Home Depot is not paying me to do their work !!!!!! This is not the only time they have had no check stands open BUT have staff wandering around aisles.
Me, my family and friends use to shop at this store for everything we needed home related and would recommend to anyone until one day I was racially profiled and even verbally attacked by an employee. It was a horrible experience and I hope Home Depot does something about their employees representing the company in this manner.
Standing around waiting for help and all the associates keep pointing to some guy who's cutting thread into a pipe. He's going to be a while obviously. So out of the other several associates free none can help me? Turns out the guy everyone was pointing to wasn't the guy I needed. I'll go ahead and drive those extra miles to Lowes or Menard from now on.
Maybe if the kid in the garden center spent more time with the customers and less time texting on his phone my check out time wouldn't have taken so long but he literally stop scanning me so he could respond to a text message..
Tom, the store manager, goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is good and that you will return. Not sure I've ever had such great service at any Home Depot.
I had a wonderful time at Home Depot yesterday. The staff was very friendly and made me laugh. I will be going back this week to buy grass grower for my yard. Thanks Home Depot :)
Tim in plumbing took the time to show me exactly what I needed. He was patient when I showed him pictures of my sink plumbing and showed me the correct pieces I needed.
