I purchased a Washing Machine when It arrived I hooked it up and it did not work.....i called Home Depot to make them aware and was told to bring it back once I got to store they informed me I could not return it. They gave me the run around and finally said it has been 48hrs so I would have to contact Maytag...i was never told I had to call an additional number to make a claim. They lost my order and have given no help the times they have actually picked up the phone.
The help is trash over grown men see a woman trying to get heavy lumber and they just walk on by. But if I didn't purchase here they wouldnt have a job. if you are short staffed you should just stay closed this is ridiculous and sad. I guess I will try Menards to get better service.

they're making people stand in line for up to half an hour waiting for someone else to come out it is absolutely ridiculous I for one and blasting this all over social media and I'm boycotting their store!!!!!!!
Disappointed with Store & Online chat teams. Neither would honor 10% off in store coupon by phone/online for large purchase. Was told to come into store which isn't going to happen for something that needs to be shipped. Taking my business elsewhere #SocialDistancing
