First I want to point out how great Kimmie and Josie were given the experience we had. KAY on the other hand was the worst cashier I have ever seen in my life. Thousands of dollars we have spent in the last 2 years remodeling my house and maintaining 2 other homes and that’s the type of customer service we walk into. I was completely disgusted by the entire trip!
Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. We tried to speak the manager about what happened with our purchase and she made it seem like we were idiots. We wanted 300 put on a card....my card was declined but I have a pending transaction of 300 dollars which means my card WENT THROUGH. We just paid cash for the full amount and now I have a pending transaction of 300 dollars still. So Home Depot will now get double. The window department is incompetent and has horrible customer service. Do not go though them if you need windows. Been dealing with them since June and had to finally cancel. The managers are no help and the employees aren't trained properly.
We went to the kids DIY workshop. Had a great time such a wonderful event
All 4 of our grandkids love the monthly kids workshop. Ally (our oldest) just attended her 75th workshops.
