We ordered an LG stove in September 20, 2020 and it arrived damaged. We waited another 6 weeks for another and it again arrived damage. Home Depo has provided zero customer service and has done nothing to rectify this situation. So disappointed.
RecommendedI've always liked their prices & store associates are very knowledgeable, but last week I went in the store & majority of male customers were not wearing masks. Masks are mandatory, they protect me if you unknowingly have COVID and cough or sneeze! Wearing a mask is the most selfless thing a person can do now.
Very disappointed with a Home Depot today. I waited in line, sign said you have to wear a face mask. Going down an aisle there are two shoppers with no face mask. On the way out I said to an employee there are people shopping that don’t have face masks on. She said it’s not my job to make sure they have face masks on. I said perhaps you could go tell the people whose job it is. They should not have been allowed in. Rules are for a reason.
I recently purchased luxury vinyl plank from my local Home Depot, had them come out and give me an estimate and hire an installing company and NOTHING has gone correctly. I had to hire my own installer and he feels the estimate isn't accurate and I'll be a few pieces short and now I find the material has been discontinued. I called the local store but I do not feel confident they can or will locate just one box of flooring. I am very disappointed in Home Depot.
I find items are not only slightly cheaper and better stocked than Loews but easier to find and easier to checkout as HD has self checkout and the Loews near me does not.
The staff are very helpful, the selection is great and I love knowing that my money is going toward a good company.
